Electronic contracts, sealed beyond repudiation.
DocuSign and Adobe Sign solved convenience; they did not solve repudiation. Sealed Contracts uses the hardware-bound E-Seal as the signing instrument — physical possession is required, the document and every counter-signature are appended to a sealed chain, and disputes are resolved against that chain rather than a log the platform can rewrite.

Architecture in one paragraph
Start from a template or upload your own. Add signers and each authenticates with their own E-Seal. The contract and every signature are sealed into a hash chain, and the events are archived outside the application database. Amendments append to the chain; a later edit breaks it.

Real estate closings
Title transfer, lien registration, and escrow release are sealed into the chain. Whoever receives the file confirms it by comparing the seal, without taking the PDF apart.

A hardware token must be physically present. Verification runs against the seal chain, and if you want it, the record locks into a bucket you own under S3 Object Lock COMPLIANCE — where we cannot delete it either.
