Build the trust layer for AI-era identity.
Axowl is a hardware-rooted identity and audit platform — passkey, AI-Safe IAM, and tamper-evident chain, sealed at the silicon. Founding-member hiring is open for two roles. Both ship from day one, both report to the founder, both carry meaningful equity.
Founder-led, no playbook Founding equity Nationality & school do not matter English is the working language
Why this matters now
Identity providers stopped at authentication. Audit platforms stopped at indexing. Neither party can prove the chain was not tampered after the fact — and AI agents are now writing to those chains at machine speed. We close that gap with PUF-bound credentials + a sealed, hardware-rooted audit chain that survives root-administrator collusion. The product already ships to regulated enterprise customers; the silicon roadmap is in flight on AWS F2 today, on Korean foundries (Samsung, SK, DB HiTek) next.
We're a small team based in Korea, building for US / Japan / Korea / EU / India regulated markets. The two roles below are the next two seats we close.
Founding Engineer · Full-time

Mission
Own the silicon layer end-to-end — from PUF entropy on AWS F2 today, to ASIC tapeout on Korean 8″ / 12″ foundries next. Your code is the root of trust every other Axowl product inherits from.
What you'll build
PUF + BCH(127, 64, T = 10) ECC + HKDF-SHA256 RTL blocks. Drift-rate tracking, 8-sample majority voting, entropy-source validation per NIST SP 800-90B / SP 800-108.
Sealed-chain ingest pipeline — producer-side PUF identity → on-chip HMAC → sealed Parquet on R2 / S3. Every event hash-chained back to silicon.
AWS F2 (Xilinx VU9P) → ASIC bring-up . MPW prototype on a Korean foundry, then commercial mass production via DesignHouse-managed turnkey.
Nitro Enclave / TPM 2.0 attestation flows that wrap the FPGA cluster and tie it back to customer audit logs.
FIPS 140-2 IG D.K · 14.5 alignment work. Closed-network L3 path on separate consultation engagement.
What we look for
Shipped production RTL in Verilog / SystemVerilog — you have taped out, or driven an FPGA bitstream to production load, at least once. Bonus: AWS F2, Alveo, or comparable commercial FPGA pipeline.
Strong frequency-domain intuition — clocking trees, jitter budgets, PLL stability, drift under thermal. PUF entropy validation lives in this exact domain; if RF / clocking / oscillator behavior is not natural to you, this role will not fit.
Prior production experience on mobile / smartphone silicon (5G modem, baseband, RF front-end, mobile SoC integration). Required, not a nice-to-have — that is where the relevant entropy and timing intuition is forged at scale.
Comfortable owning the silicon ↔ firmware ↔ cloud boundary end-to-end. You will not be handed a clean spec from a hardware architect; you write the spec.
Cryptographic intuition (ECC / HMAC / KDF). You don't need to be a cryptographer — you need to ship code that survives external audit.
Working English proficiency required. Global customers, technical specs, and code review all happen in English.
Founding-member mindset — small team, broad scope, ambiguous problems, no playbook.

What we offer
Founding-member equity. Direct path to lead the silicon track.
Real customer production deployments — banks, regulated enterprise, government tier — not a research project.
Korean foundry partnerships already in place for the ASIC stage.
Remote-friendly. Time-zone overlap with Korea (Seoul, UTC+9) for at least 3 working hours per day expected.

GTM — Government & Enterprise Sales
Public-sector and large-enterprise network. Live in (or established network in) US / Japan / Korea / EU / India.
Apply by email →
Mission
Open and close government and large-enterprise accounts in regulated markets. Run RFP / tender cycles end-to-end. Bring the trust layer to incumbents who normally take 18 months to procure anything new.
What you'll build
Account development across US / Japan / Korea / EU / India — central government, defense, financial regulators, and tier-1 enterprise.
RFP / tender / bidding end-to-end — qualification, response drafting, defense, contract negotiation, post-award delivery coordination with engineering.
Partner with the founder on pricing, contracting, and procurement-side compliance review (SOX 404 / J-SOX / K-SOX / IFC / NIS2 / eIDAS).
Build the early partnership channel — system integrators, audit firms, and regional resellers in your region.
What we look for
Based in (or with a live, named network in) one of US / Japan / Korea / EU / India. The role requires regional presence; remote-from-elsewhere will not work for this seat.
Demonstrated RFP / tender wins in government or regulated enterprise — not relationship-only, actual signed deals you can describe.
Existing named-account relationships in at least one of: central government, defense prime contractors, financial regulators, large banks, telcos, or healthcare systems.
Fluent English. Localized procurement language (Japanese / Korean / German / French / Hindi) is a strong plus, but English is the working language with the founding team.
Comfort with long sales cycles, multi-quarter procurement gates, and evaluation-period support.
Founding-member mindset — no marketing team behind you on day one; you carry the pipeline yourself until we hire the next seat.
Tools you'll touch
Salesforce or HubSpot RFP response platforms Notion / Slack Linear (handoff to eng) Localized procurement portals
What we offer
Founding-member equity + commission structure tuned for long-cycle public-sector deals.
Direct founder collaboration on every account — no layer between you and the product roadmap.
Real product to sell: PUF-rooted identity + sealed audit chain that legitimately differentiates from Okta / Auth0 / Splunk.
Travel budget for in-person regional procurement meetings.
What we do not weight
We optimize for shipped work (engineering) and live networks (GTM). The following do not factor into either role:
Nationality, citizenship, or visa origin.
Academic background — degree, school name, GPA. Self-taught is fine.
Age, gender identity, family status, disability, religion.
Prior employer brand. We read your work, not your logo wall.
The one regional constraint that does apply is GTM-specific — see the GTM requirements above.
Don't see your role but want to talk?
Send a short note to [email protected] with the area you would fit best (silicon, cloud, identity, GTM, ops). We read every email.
